We are committed to providing roofing products you can trust. We
source steel and painted roofing materials from industry-leading
suppliers and carefully manufacture each panel to meet our quality
standards. Our goal is to deliver products that provide long-term
performance and value, giving you confidence in the roof protecting
your home, business, or agricultural building.

In addition to the quality and craftsmanship that go into every order,
many of our painted roofing products include warranties provided
directly by the steel coating manufacturers. Because the steel is
pre-coated before it is received by Georgia Metals, these warranties
are issued by the coating manufacturer and passed through to you, the
end customer.

To ensure a smooth warranty claim process, we recommend retaining the
following information for the life of your roof:

• Original sales invoice

• Date of purchase

• Coil number(s) associated with the material used on your project

We have a document to capture these items for our customers and yours,
allowing ease of documentation. These items are required by the
coating manufacturer to validate and process a warranty claim.
Without this information, warranty coverage may be delayed or denied
by the manufacturer.

Should you ever have questions regarding warranty coverage or need
assistance gathering documentation, our team will be happy to help
guide you through the manufacturer's claim process.
